We always tell the truth to our clients. Prior to embarking on a project, we analyse the demand and supply in the labour market, the profile of the company’s activities, its requirements for the candidate and the specifics of the vacancy involved. When working on a project, we do a variety of jobs, such as rating the personnel and reviewing the HR arrangements in place, developing scenarios to streamline their scope and structure based on modern scientific principles for setting up an efficient business.

We provide high-end services for our clients. NM Consulting provides its clients with high-end services. We do not go into mass recruitment. Our profile is to find professionals who have proved their worth.

We are at home in the markets we target. NM Consulting pays a great deal of attention to surveying such industries as metallurgy, fuel-and-energy sector, chemical and petrochemical industry, mechanical engineering, communications, property development and construction, food processing, agriculture. We undertake surveys of the job market in the sectors in question on a monthly basis, which enable our specialists to process the orders from our clients quickly and efficiently.
